  La Pinetina Golf Club, seventy hectares of greenery immersed in the Pineta Park of Appiano Gentile in Via al Golf 4 Appiano Gentile (Lake Como), with its woods of Sylvestre pines, birches, oaks and chestnuts.   The Carimate Golf Club is located in Via Airoldi, 2 Carimate (Lake Como) and spread over the 60 hectares of the secular park of the Castle of the same name, twenty minutes from the center of Como. It is a varied course, with agile and very bright playing paths in a hilly environment which becomes a little more accentuated only in the first nine holes.   The current course, originally designed by architects Gannon and Blanford in Via Vittorio Veneto 59 Luvinate (Varese) is an undulating and technically very interesting par 72. Each hole, immersed in the greenery of majestic centuries-old trees, offers glimpses of incomparable panoramic beauty that reach the Monte Rosa, the Maggiore, Varese and Monate lakes, as well as the hills of the Sacro Monte and Campo dei Fiori, just behind the golf course. The Club House of the Varese Golf Club is an ancient convent, an example of Romanesque-Lombard architecture. The building is characterized by the magnificent cloister and the recently restored church. At the entrance you can admire frescoes probably dating back to the 1500s.   Designed by architect Piero Mancinelli and built in Via Trevisani, 926 Travedona Monate (Va), in a predominantly wooded area, it is not a particularly long course, but the numerous natural obstacles (trees, lakes, streams) often require placing the shot with particular attention to make it really easy following. The characteristic of the course is represented by the fact that there are six very large holes in the plains, another six holes that wind through the woods, and finally six holes in a hilly area. The design of the course then allows you to play two, six, nine or eighteen holes always ending near the club house. The rough and hilly track offers breathtaking views of Monte Rosa and Lake Maggiore and makes the game stimulating and enjoyable for players of all levels.
